Services
TaDow Consulting provides homeowner advisory, project management, consulting, and owner representation services. We are NOT a construction contractor. We do not perform physical construction work, and our services are advisory and management in nature.
Scope of Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
- DIY expert guidance and consultations
- Contractor vetting and background verification
- Contract and estimate review
- Renovation planning and project scoping
- Quality inspections and workmanship verification
- Project management and owner representation
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about their project
- Making their own decisions regarding contractors, materials, and project scope
- Executing their own contracts with contractors and vendors
- Paying for services as agreed upon in the service agreement
Limitation of Liability
TaDow Consulting provides advisory services based on professional expertise and experience. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for construction projects. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the individual service agreement. Consultation fees are due at the time of service. Project management fees are structured according to the agreed-upon pricing model (flat fee, percentage, or retainer).
Cancellation Policy
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Project management engagements are governed by the terms in the individual service agreement.
Intellectual Property
